I was going to hire him for my project instead of theodor whose doing it now. He seemed like he didn't care at all. I emailed him the first time asking just for an average price range for a 6 pae design and I just a reply saying 300-500. I emailed him about 2 weeks later with my compeltely project details asking for a price, starting date, estimated completeion date, etc; Again the reply just said 500-600. So I didn't go with him because if he doesn't care about it the product won't be as good.
