Firstly, is the contest $100 or $150? It needs to be clear, secondly I will require a $50 deposit on this contest (reason being, you originally stated you didn't want to pick a design if they're weren't any you liked).

I feel this is the only way I can ensure you're a legit user who wishes to run a succesful contest and not a scammer, like we have had here before. I hope you understand my reasons behind this. This would basically mean, I would pay the winner $50 and you would foot the rest of the bill.
