I don't like it. Especially compared to the old design which was working fine. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I think they should work on the way they manage their community and it's members before they TRY to change the design aspects. With usability and accessibility down, and with many members not happy with how things are going they should definately re-establish their goals.
