Domain is registered with Namecheap (as well as everything else). Currently it doesn't take much resources at all. This month it has used under 2gb of bandwidth. Here are some statistics:

It does have a license of CCEE, but they haven't updated their site in over a year so I think the license doesn't matter (but there is one, so everything is legal/good).
