After a couple of further hours of research, it seems that:

Christian Tellnes or Fjeddy aren’t at blame, instead neither is the owner of Norted.com

The owner bought the design from a guy called Ben (MSN: ben@purlhost.com) thinking it was a design which “Ben” designed.
I’m trying to get in contact with him about the whole ripping business, so if anyone knows him, please feel free to let me know.

I’m sorry for blaming Fjeddy, though as some people have pointed out, he seems to be in a few scams lately so it’s either here or there.
