Hey guys

Im looking for someone who knows how to apply moo.fx javascript. I am wanting an opt-in form layer to hover down from the top of the site once the user rolls over the tab that is just appearing from the top. Once the click on tab again it rolls back up... can anyone help me with this.. i can pay
