Are the forums Licensed?
Yes. They have to be renewed 4/27/08. The vB License is also included, and the login details will just be handed over to the new owner, since vB doesn't allow transfers. ($88.00 value)

Why am I selling?:
I don't have the time or money to keep the site running. In order to do so, I have to get rid of the site. It has grown tremendously in 2 months, and it saddens me to see it leave so soon.

Tournaments: We run many tournaments monthly. We usually run 4 tournaments a month. Which are 1 paid tournament a month, and 3 free ones. You can run as many as you want, but this is what worked for us. We made approximately $40 a month from tournaments.
Text Links: I make approximately $60 a month from the text links on top of the site.
Google Adsense/YPN: Something, I would of done in the future, but I used to help run and manage another tournament site, (www.hgtourneys.com) and have made a lot off of it. Something, the new owner can really implement and earn a lot off of.
