I will be using this banner with Google Adwords so it would need to be a gif I guess.

Edit: actually I see that Adwords does supports .swf now but since it would be more work for you to create the banner over again in flash I will leave it totally upto you...

So far you are still the only one, I like the design, and you have nothing to worry about.
