You could be right...but I figured it might be an easy way for someone to make a quick $20 and it's not like I said I wanted a flash header with custom backend programming. I am just looking for a few unique ideas that might add something to the site.

Plus people might have an old design laying around or they might be already in the process of designing something and this will give them feedback and then they will sell it via BIN.
