Support gets slower has you been with them a while. I canceled my account, had someone beg me to stay, i said no. Then i got a bill in, i sent another ticket asking them why i was getting billed. They said they could find no record of my cancel request, so i sent another and got another email from a guy saying i didnt need to cancel, a few days later the bill was taken out of my paypal account anyways.
