The header is nice.. but the template is just too messy for my taste. Lay of the stroke on the content part.. and the header. Just lay of the stroke, it's not good :P

The colors is good tho, would have try'd to make the bg abit lighter.
And you could change font, to verdana or something. And use arial for titles.

Just a suggestion.
