1. Know who you will go after, and why it is them you chose.

2. Have a plan, where do you want the business to be in a year and how do you plan to get it there. Don't just open a store and hope for the best.

3. Have a drawing feature. Why would someone go with you opposed to the larger, more trusted, dealers? Give them a reason.
