Just so everyone knows, this is what happened:
The upgrade was scheduled for 12 PM EST. During the day, I figured I was going to make the update closer to that time so not much stuff was lost from my clients. But just in case I posted in the billing panel, encouraging the clients to make backups just in case. Then, I left the house for 2-3 hours, and the technician must have misunderstood me, and ran the upgrade in the middle of the day, while I was away, and I couldn't make the back up.
@ Christian: I do not know what to say to you, I knew you weren't a serious client, because when you signed up you told us you were only going to stay for a month. Which leaves a lot of doubt, to your judgment.
@ Vizion: I thought, you were a friend, but all your doing is helping Christian escalate this into something, that could of been prevented.
@ Conrad: Thanks for not spamming, and being a reasonable person.
@ Haris: I don't know what to say, just good way to escalate something, that shouldn't be gone this far.
