Old  Advice with clients <-- New

I'm graduating next month in the field of "Interactive Multimedia Developer".

I recently been working for a virtual web company as a Web Designer & Developer.

I'm starting to do some side jobs since I'm young.

I recently got a client who came to me and told me he's in the real estate business and is looking to start from the ground up.

Branding, Logo, Web design, Development & Photography.

So tomorrow I;m suppose to have a meeting with him and discuss about the pricing.

I'm kinda new to base estimates for clients by myself. I have round numbers of the average costs but wouldn't know how to approach this.

I know Logos on average go for 100-150$
- Web Design 100-200$
- Developing(XHTML, CSS, JavaScript & PHP) a site 300$(minimum)
- Photography shots 50-100$? <-- no clue

So how much would a college student estimate this for?

I guess I hear a lot of ppl a bit older then me saying this "I got paid 500$ for 2 weeks worth of work" with awesomeness.

But how is that better then getting paid 10$/h at McDonalds?

Sometimes I wonder if I made the right decision in this career.

I just don't understand, lost & need guidance from this community.
