To be considered for The Best Idea Award (TBIA) entrants must submit their idea for discussion at The Best Idea Award (TBIA) The judges will award The Best Idea Award for the website or business idea that they consider the most innovative with best IDEA and the best presented business model.

Types of Websites and Businesses that are ineligible for winning The Best Idea Award (TBIA) are as follows:

Any website with unoriginal material (i.e. templates) or unwholesome content (such as pornography or hate-speech) are not eligible for The Best Idea Award. In particular note that your website or business should not promote: pornography, hacking, warez, racism, cults, witchcraft, sexism, religious prejudice or any other forms of hatred. This above list is not exclusive and we reserve the right to disqualify any entry for any reason.

By submitting your entry, you are attesting that you have the necessary authorization to use the images, audio, text and other content contained therein.
