I have some questions about design #1. Is the logo unique? Is it a .ai file? Is it valid XHTML strict?

Thanks for your interest. The logo is unique and yes, it's an ai file. The deisgn is HTML 4.01 Transitional, css valid, and uses php includes files for easy updating.

Forgot to add that with Design #1, that it also comes with a custom banner ad and custom "online and offline" chat icons that match the design.

Design #2 is now sold.
