I have a tutorial website that does not host any of its tutorials, it just has the tutorial name/icon/description/author. When you click on it it was a bar at the top saying "My Site" then it has the site which hosts the tutorial under it.

Is it legal for me to add peoples links to my site without them knowing? I won't have stolen any of their content. I would just be doing this to start up the tutorial database so new users won't only have 2 or 3 tutorials until they add more themselves.
