I like your combination of hard edges and shapes with gradients and blending but I feel the logo is too simple and cheesy. The site itself looks like professionalism with a little creativity whereas the logo looks like it belongs on a Disney princess site. I think if you sit down and really work out a logo that represents your company you can pull some elements from that to tie back into your site to polish it off.
