Q: What makes you different from other dedicated server providers?

Most providers will sell you a dedicated server without true "pro-active" management, leaving you with the responsibility to perform security checks, software updates, and/or any other problem that may arise. We provide pro-active support with every plan. Should there ever be an issue with your dedicated server, we will more than likely know about it before you will, and we immediately begin to correct the problem probably before you're even aware of the issue. 95% of other dedicated server providers do not offer this, or if they do, they charge anywhere from $50-$100+/mo in addition to your normal monthly fee.

Q: How long does it take to have my server up an running?
A: We usually process all orders within 3-5 hours and your server should be turned on within 24-48 hours upon passing verification.
