I was wondering, how you cam up with the idea of talkfreelance, I think owning your own popular forum is a major cool point in any online activity, from hosting to gaming.

Also, what was TF like at the beginning? could you express your tips on how to make a forum a friendly and successful one like TF to other willing forum admins?
