Good points. You have to be careful, even with over 6 years experience I have had some bad run ins when outsourcing with people before. Trust me when I say if you can get a good team to work with them(even if they cost a little bit more) stick with them. If you try to save as much money as possible it may end up costing you more in the long run! Take care.
