I am starting to get used to the CSS format etc etc but i don't seem to get the layout right, sort of like where everything goes, could someone show me like a sample CSS page or something?

I don't know how to explain it, like the code for a simple CSS page, if that made it any clearer, because i think i could be better at CSS if i knew how it was laye out Lol, so yeah could someone help me?
