Last night I had a chat with him for about 30 minutes trying to figure out why it was so difficult to simply refund me the cash, he insisted that it was because I would not like to accept an echeck. Well you are wrong and you are a liar.
BEWARE OF PUREBANNERS/JMANGO they do not even know how to send a refund on time or understand the importance of keeping your word.
I am still waiting on the refund which probably will never come.

Me as well, sent a $15.00 deposit for 1 single banner. It was promised again and again "tomorrow" or "Tonight for sure", and then finally apologizing and saying the situation has been haywire, he promised the banner "Tonight" saying he was adding clips to the banner... that was two weeks ago. I sent the initial payment 01-30-2011, 11:22 PM, which means it has been more then a month and still no banner!
I warned him i'd submit negative feedback if I didnt get a response, but it seems like hes been doing it to other people.
I do not recommend
purebanners at all, and has been nothing but a fake!
