I have had my hosting paid for the last 2 years (renews automatically every month) but I haven't used it at all last few months.

The only guidelines would be my adsense or an affiliate banner.
(If you want to use your own adsense I will let you d that and I will put an affiliate banner instead).
And if I find that you are using it for something illegal, or not using it then I will have to take it back.
Other than that there is no catch.
