Thank you for the input. I now have CS4 (only $99, what a bargain) and am learning it now. Will still use Serif along with Photoshop though, you can make picture frames any shape you want, have better shape making tools for fills, and have a better variety of gradients and fills.

Some people use Illustrator, is this comparable to the features of Serif mentioned above?
