A client requires a custom CMS and I am looking for quotes.

What is needed:

• A secure login
• 2 users groups, admin and regular staff member
• Admins can change the staff members account info (password, name, email)

Main functions:

• Add, edit and delete projects
• Projects will have a few detail input boxes, images, and possibly a video (youtube)
• The CMS will automatically create a page on the website displaying this information
