Try using default font that would display when its coded, remove the AA.

Also, the gradient doesn't merge from top to bottom, just sort of breaks in the middle with 2 shades. Doesn't blend in too well.

Work on the rollover to make it match the navigation bar, don't have a plain black rollover.
