I was asked to do a design by Matthew Brown for http://www.streetsurvival.org/

He sent me emails back and forth giving me amend after amend.

Whenever I asked for payment, it was simply - I'll get my assistant to sort it out.

When my designs had been approved, I asked for payment - His excuse was someone had passed away in his family he would return after 2 days.

I wait 2 days...nothing. I have to keep chasing him up then he keeps saying, "I'll be back in the office in a few days"

Went on for a full 4 weeks SINCE having done the designs for him.

He then said -

I need your TAX ID to pay you. I gave it.

Still no luck.

Finally I had no option but to open this topic to let others know about this guy and since then I have received some crazy emails from him that you may find in this topic for your own information and future experience as freelancers.

I have stored all emails and IP of his so if any wants anything for an article on scammers for the net, feel free.
