FM Discussion started on Thursday with no content, no investment and no staff. I had a bad feeling being unprepared will lead to failure. But I think I turned things around and now I get 400 Unique visits daily, and we get 50 registered members looking at our site daily, and we get many guests. We are run by IPB, and we have a custom skin.
