I want to build up my portfolio because I currently don't have one. I want to build something for less than its worth just to get it in my portfolio.

I will never charge more than $20 a page, probably around $10 - $15. I know a lot of html, xhtml, javascript, css, some php, and I am very good with phpbb forums.
