  Old  Monitor Color Problems

Hey TF,

I have recently built a new pc, and I'm having problems with the color setup.

Instead of displaying black, my monitor seems to be displaying a shade of brown. So rather than grayscale, its brownscale (if there is such a thing). Thats the best way to describe it.

Example(1): http://www.2visuals.com/clients/_Loljunk/
No black is displayed, just various shades of brown. I know for sure I designed that using a black scheme.

Example(2): http://www.photoshopveterans.com/
Exactly the same here, diplaying shades of brown rather than black.

Ive looked through my monitor options and my graphics card options, but cannot see anothying which could help.

The monitor is by Dell 22" and is connected via DVI to an Nvidia 8800GTX.

If anyones knows of any possible fix please inform me .

Thanks in advance,
Ben
