What you need is some competitions, something that will bring life to the new and old members. Its very market place oriented, i think with your 5 post rules you have gotten more spam than you have gotten rid of. I just dont know how its going to be more active, i think the older members have realised we can be doing better things than *wasting?* our time on a forum!
