Hmm, thats alrite i would make some changes though
Get a slighty higher watt PSU, just for futureproofing
AIOS dont make very good ram , go get some corsair xms2
For the HD, go with a 320gb or if you want 160gb get a samsung.
For GFX card, I wouldn't recommend MSI, try getting the XFX XXX edition of the 8600GT or the ASUS if your on a budget.
Though you've got the idea
Also you don't need as good CPU, do as what James said, get a cheaper one and overclock
