Actually i would and i always put the extra in for paypal fee's when ever im paying out, its comman courtesy unless ofcourse Paypal is not the clients prefered method of payment.

Personally i think if they had said they were happy with it and everything had been finalized then thats that, i would have probably made the change if it was a small edit just to keep them happy (they might come back for more! ) - but if you feel you did you all could then thats fair enough to me
