Ok so i am thinking of starting a video watching/sharing site much like youtube however there will be several differences. If you take a look at this site...

You can see how its layed out, and if you watch a video you can see the quality is superb and uses divx web player.

I want something similar to that site where it will maintain its video quality, use a similar script and look pretty much like that site.

I only want quotes atm, so please be reasonable with your prices and nothing too harsh.
