I wouldn't say there is any mod against mod things going on - the staff get on well. Big Zee, as owner, disagreed with something you said/did so decided to demote you as per the staff conduct guidelines something which we HAD previously talked about in the staff forum not that long ago. You didn't like his decision so have decided to leave. I'm not having a go at you so please don't think that, I appreciated your efforts, but there isn't any major unrest within the staff so I don't think we should be sending out that message - you and Zee may have had a disagreement, it happens.
