Very nice tool that checks the page strength of your site...kind of like
googles page ranking but much better
and checks a lot more things.

but it's good for, it checks
- to make sure it can find your server lolol *that's kinda nice*
- the size of the page
- for broken links
- that you have a page title
- that you have a page description
- that you have keywords
- your meta tag info
- if you have an H1
- how many images are on your page and if they have a description (alt text) and comments about it
- the html size
- how long it took the page to load
- the body text
