I created this design Here and Now i need it coded so that it will work on my Arcade Script ( phpArcadeScript ).

Im not sure how much this will cost but i must say i do not have alot of cash.. As I have no incoming cash flow since im a Minor and Have no job...

I need someone Who would be able to do this for me As little as possible..
