I like it. It's pretty slick.

The only things that catch my attention are The red bar next to the logo and the footer.
The red bar, and the logo square look bigger then that banner area. It could just be white on grey though, but I"d bring the blue ot match up with the red.

And the footer, I'd just extend it all the way to the left. The "Designed by" sqaure is apart of it, and it overlaps the right column, so I'd just even it out and overlap the left too.

I'ts nice none the less.
