Is this intended for flash videos only? Can they also download .swf like flash arcade games, or just flash files in general? Can this also be able to download other video formats?

Is there any legal issue with this program? Have you been notified or contacted by any of the people who've come across legal trouble? Have you been notified by any larger corporation looking to take you down?

Why are you selling this? Have you generated any revenue? What sort of stats is this taking in? Have you marketed the site at all?

Is this fully unique? Do you have any other competitors? Do you have any legal documents made yet (i.e. Terms of Use, Terms of Agreement, Privacy Rights, etc.)?

Would you be willing to provide support for the new owner for the next couple of months?
