How do I get a new user status name?

If you mean a new username you can request it here. At all times with this request please be reasonable, the staff do not want to be changing this for you on a monthly basis.

If you mean a new user status please check the list for the current user status system:
  • 0-24 = I'm new around here
  • 25-99 = Junior Member
  • 100-499 = Member
  • 500-749 = I love this place
  • 750-999 = Senior Member
  • 1000+ = Request a custom title
  • Banned = On Vacation
On vacation means a member has been banned for a violation of our guidelines or rules. Talkfreelance hopes it is not a status you strive for.

Please note that when you reach 1000+ posts you can request a new user status here.

Where do I post my new threads?

You need to have a good think about where you are posting new threads. Please try to consider what would be the most appropriate forum for your topics.

Simple concept here people, if you are asking about Photoshop help then post here:
  • Graphic Design & Multimedia: Looking for help in photoshop or flash? Share your tips with other users.

If you are asking for help on php, coding issues try either:
  • HTML/CSS Coding: HTML/CSS forum covering discussions such as writing W3C Compliant code.

or:
  • Programming & Databases: PHP & MySQL, Perl, ASP, Java, C++ & Database discussion.
  • Development Software: (wordpress, cms coding etc)

If you need advice on Software post here:
  • Development Software: Discussion on tools geared to making management of your web site easier.

If you have a great link to an awesome tool or article etc, post here:
  • Web Design Resources: This forum is for any resources relating to Web Site Design.

If you want comment on any of your work, post here:
  • The Gallery Showcase: Post your latest creations in here for review by the community.

Please help make the staff members jobs easier by thinking before you post.
