Well I used the domain: JacktheFlipper.com to create a website marketplace.

It is obviously a word play on Jack the Ripper.

What are peoples opinions on it? I'm not interested in your opinions of its financial value, but do you think it is clever or not?!

Could someone be kind enough to write up what I type into Putty to delete the folder named 'deleteme', i'm rather scared I'll delete the entire server by mistake. :S

I just created an email via Cpanel and now configuring it with my mail client on Mac. I've set it up to send and receive emails and I set it up as a POP and put all the details eg (mail.domain.com) and (smtp.domain.com) but I can't seem to send emails through it, it says:

Connections to the server “smtp.domain.com” on the default ports timed out.

Any idea how to fix this?

So I'm working for a company that has a dedicated server. I'm just getting into web design, and am designing a site for the company. The site needs video hosted and streamed on the server, with it's own custom video player (not youtube, vimeo, or other 3rd party hosting. Hosting ON the server). I was wondering if any of you have suggestions concerning how to go about doing that, best practices, etc... It needs to work with Wordpress. Thanks in advance!
