How Does The Process Work?

2) The order form will request some information that will help us with the design of your website. Once you have completed the order process a $20 invoice will be created for you. This invoice is a deposit for the mock-up design of your website. Once this invoice is paid we will begin creating a mock-up design of your website based on the information that you have provided us.

3) Once we have completed the mock-up design of your website will we send it to you via email for your approval. Once approved we will request the full payment for your design package (minus the $20 mock-up deposit) and begin turning the mock up design into a fully functional XHTML/CSS website.

Hey TFL! We're looking for a design for a logo, we're currently taking submissions and we'd love to see what you guys have up your sleeves.

A little overview of the company: The name is Spirited Investments. They do investment consulting for entertainment agencies that require funding to open clubs, bars, and other various nightlife related places (think Las Vegas, downtown cities, etc). Since we're dealing with high profile clients, the goal is to have the logo stand out on it's own without needing the name "Spirited Investments" below it or anything. Being simple is the key here.

A few ideas we've had was associating Spirited to alcoholic beverages (spirits, haha, get it?). In addition, anything like a martini or some sort of classy drink is definitely something to consider.

The people who we will be dealing with already know about the site location, and just want a personal, yet professional feel to 'seal the deal' with them. Branding is not really a concern, as we just want to look professional.

A quick overview of what we're looking for:

• Clean design
• Will need to be printed on black and white (documents)
• Give a sense of 'importance' as well as an executive feel
• Simple, not overdone

The budget: $100. In addition to the logo we select, we need a business card design of which we will pay out $50 for. In addition to this, you will recieve much more logo work on a regular basis down the road, and we will refer you to clients around the Sacramento, CA region.

My company: RFLX Studios, is a rapidly emerging web development studio, specifically focusing on local businesses and getting them up and running on the web. We are primarily a programming/frontend development company and don't have a logo designer on staff. Hello!

So, I'm just about to launch a new business. It is in the final stages and needs a website. I own the domain adayattheball.com. The company hosts high end princess tea parties to little girls birthday parties. A lot of companies have their princesses go to the birthday parties and play games, balloons, face painting etc. But our differentiation is that all of our gowns are hand made, our dress up for the little girls are hand made and designed and there is no face painting and balloons. Instead it is an interactive show, dress up, and tea party.

Tomorrow we are having a day of getting our hair/makeup done and working with a great photographer for pictures of the princesses for the website. Because I haven't looked at the pictures yet etc. I don't have everything nailed down that I need for the site but I have a good idea. So I am looking for a quote for someone who can design/code the site for me. And then I can give plenty more details to the person I end up working with. I understand I may have to hire the design and coding out seperately and I am open to that, but my first choice would be an individual or a team who can do both.

I want the website to look very classy and fancy. I want the site to be like an old fashioned story book. So when they go to the site the cover of the book would say "A Day At the Ball" with our logo. Then when they clicked on the cover the page would turn and it would be the main site.
So, when they click around the site the page turns.


There would be bookmarks out of the top of the book which take you to different pages. (Or I am open to different options)

the pages I need are:
- bios on the different princesses
- package information (for each type of party)
- contract

As the business gets going I will have more funds to put into adding more things to the site but at this time I only have limited funds. I am looking to get started asap!
